SINOPSIS
En los llanos de Venezuela, desde tiempos ancestrales resuena la voz de Florentino, el joven coplero quién se enfrentó al Diablo en un duelo a versos improvisados. Buen jinete y buen cantor, conocedor de sabanas y de los ríos, Florentino es la personificación mítica del llanero, hombre libre que se desenvuelve en un mundo sin límites y sin restricciones.
Sin embargo, con el tiempo el llano se va transformando. Poderosos invasores se adueñan de las tierras y de las bestias e incluso de los hombres, pero la cultura llanera resiste, y esta resistencia se expresa en su música y en la voz de florentino, desafiando al Diablo en la eterna lucha entre el bien y el mal, entre la vida y la muerte.

SYNOPSIS
In the plains of Venezuela, since ancestral times, resounds the voice of Florentino, the young singer who defied the Devil to a duel of improvises verses. A fine horseman and a fine singer, Florentino is the mythical representation of the plainsman, a free begin in a world without boundaries or restrictions.
However, as times passes the plains are transformed. Porwerfull invaders take possession of lands and cattle and even of men. But the plains culture resists, and this resistance is expressed above all in the music and the voice of Florentino defying the Devil in the eternal fight between good and evil, between life and death.
