==Vida y obra==<br />
Pintor y dibujante. En 1959 se estableció en Venezuela adquiriendo la nacionalidad a inicios de los setenta. Su obra está enmarcada dentro de las tendencias del surrealismo. Utiliza la técnica del collage en donde el recorte de fotografías de diarios y revistas son la base estructural de sus propuestas. Racz difumina los rostros conservando el resto de la figura, pintando sobre el mismo papel el tema que le interesa, creando rostros fantasmales. "Seres extraños, formas alucinadas, paisajes sorprendentes de rara belleza difíciles de ubicar en algunas latitudes; asedios a la memoria y a lo consciente […], brujas, golems, ectoplasmas; bellos monstruos de la imaginación; personajes altivos de una nueva mitología […] son las espectrales visiones que rodean y conjugan las singulares obras de Racz" (Izaguirre, 1972). Desde 1978 vive en Limoges (Francia). De su obra, la GAN tiene la tinta china sobre papel Abecedario (1972).<br />
