Periodista, fotógrafo, humorista y precursor del cine y la radio nacional. Nació en Villa de Cura, estado de Aragua, el 27 de marzo de 1894 y murió en Caracas el 14 de diciembre de 1981.
En los Laboratorios Nacionales, participó en los primeros experimentos de cine en color y sonido. Posteriormente realizó una película sobre el pintor venezolano Armando Reverón.
